FAQ
Questions, answered
You pick a plan, enter a card, and your globe is fully live for 14 days — it can take real payments from day one. We don't charge you until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then without paying anything.
Nothing stops. We never block a sale because you outgrew a tier: once your live photos pass your plan's limit, we move you to the next tier automatically and send a prorated invoice, then show you a notice in your dashboard explaining what changed. Above the Scale tier we contact you to size a custom plan.
Yes — cancel anytime from your billing page, no phone call and no notice period. Your globe keeps selling until the end of the period you already paid for. If a subscription lapses for more than a week, the globes on it are paused: they stay online and readable, but new purchases are switched off until you subscribe again.
Nothing. We take no commission on slot sales — your monthly subscription is the only thing you pay us. Buyers pay into your own Stripe account, so Stripe's usual card-processing fees apply there, the same as with any online payment you take yourself.
Payments go directly into the Stripe account you connect, and Stripe pays out on its standard schedule for your country. Because the money never passes through us, there's nothing for us to deduct — you connect Stripe once, before your globe starts selling.
Yes. Buyers can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if their photo has not yet been approved and published. Once a slot is approved and live, refunds are handled case by case between the globe owner and the buyer.
You do, from your own dashboard. Every uploaded photo starts as pending and only appears on the public globe after you approve it, so you always control what your community sees.
Every globe is available in English, Italian, French, Romanian and Spanish automatically — your visitors see the interface in their own language with no extra setup.
Yes. You set the price per slot when you create your globe and can adjust it later from your dashboard settings; the new price applies to slots purchased after the change.
A buyer pays the price per slot that you set — nothing else, and no fee from us — and gets one permanent spot on your 3D globe: their pet's photo on it and a shareable link straight to that exact spot. The payment goes into your Stripe account.
Account and payment data are processed by Supabase and Stripe under standard data-processing agreements. Pet photos are only shown after moderation approval, and you can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
